Health and Safety Policy
We, the management team of Asqalan Construction and Development, are committed to the health and safety of our employees and will ensure their safety as follows:To ensure that our management team consisting of General Manager, Area, Contracts Project, Coordination, Plant and Machinery, HSE managers are competent and suitably trained with total commitment to the health and safety of all our employees.
They will have a complete understanding of the health and safety system and will ensure it is implemented.
Through our managers we will ensure that we provide adequate control of health and safety risks from our activities. We will regularly consult our employees on matters affecting their health and safety, and consider any adjustements or feedback provided.
We will provide and maintain safe plants and equipments at all times and ensure that adequate training manuals are available on how to safety hand hazardous substances.
We will provide information, instruction and supervision for all employees. Furthermore, we will ensure that all employees are competent to do their work through continuous training.
We are committed to minimizing any accidents and ill health, caused from our working environment and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions at all times.
This policy will be revised on regular basis.
